The ground floor apartment opens into the hall which runs along the length of the house and gives access to all the rooms, each one overlooking Siena. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), one spacious bathroom (with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and a double sink), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, and a spacious well-equipped dining kitchen with a large fireplace, a family fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Brown Apartment
The upper floor apartment can be reached from the ground floor apartment or via an outside staircase leading up to a small terrace with table and chairs. The corridor runs along the back of the house and all the rooms leading off from here offer a splendid view over Siena. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds), one bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks), a large comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, a dining room, and a well-equipped dining kitchen with a refrigerator and washing machine.
